I am very passionate about helping people who want to Buy a Home or Sell their Home or Rent a place to start their life in Toronto or neighbouring locations. I listen to my clients carefully, understand their housing needs and provide them with solutions. With professional Canadian Real Estate training and Industry experience since 2005, I have the knowledge, skills and contacts to provide my clients with excellent services that meet their expectations. I am licensed by Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).  Am a member of Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).

Typically a new comer to Toronto may be initially interested in finding a Rental Accommodation for his family in a location convenient to travel around, near schools, shopping and other amenities.  This could be an Apartment in a High rise Building or a more spacious House in a good location.  I have easy access to several Apartments and Houses available For Rent and For Sale in Toronto and neighbouring locations such as Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville, Whitby, Oshawa, Burlington, Hamilton, etc.  I will help them find a suitable accommodation and arrange the Rental Agreement, as per the local govt. requirements. I also help and guide my New Comer clients with information on school admission for kids, Bank Account, Social Insurance Number (SIN), Health Card, Driving License, etc. and further connect them with good Employment Agencies for Job Search.

Once my client is settled in a job and ready to plan on buying a home, I provide them with more detailed information on various types of houses available in the market, price range in different locations, the monthly costs of mortgage, property tax, utilities, etc.  Will get them financially pre-approved for a Bank Loan to purchase a property.  Will show them properties in their budget and preferred locations, prepare and negotiate an offer for the selected house, arrange Home Inspection, Mortgage, Lawyer, Insurance, etc. for the smooth transfer of ownership, into their name.

I have been helping several clients since 2005 and my network keep growing.  Many of them sold their original houses and bought bigger homes and are happily settled. Most of them bring their friends to me (including new comers) for their real estate needs.  Over the years I have developed a Data Base of local service providers for all aspects of regular Maintenance of Homes including Roofing, HVAC Systems, Interior and Exterior Upgrades, etc.
